Swalwell is being held in the King County Jail on $1 million bail.
If convicted as charged, the standard sentence range is 108 to 144 months in prison. However, prosecutors intend to seek an exceptional sentence above the standard range. He is scheduled for arraignment on December 1 at the King County Courthouse.
