Update: House fire caused by overheated furnace

An overheated furnace exhaust vent caused the small house fire early this morning at 902 N. 102nd in Greenwood, according to Dana Vander Houwen, a fire department spokeswoman.
The damage is estimated at $85,000. There were no injuries.
